Since we moved to Bakersfield in 2021, our entire family has gone to landmark. My 26yo son was about to expire from our insurance this year, and the amazing staff jumped through so many hoops to make sure all of his dental work was done before it happened. I have now been coming here for sometime Dr. Bae and Desiree are awesome they are typically the ones that do the work on my teeth. I really was a person that was terrified of the dentist but I am no longer because of them. They do a great job of making sure that it’s a quality job. My family and I have been coming to this dentist’s office for a while now, and each time they’ve done a wonderful job. Dr Bae and Desiree are typically who attend to us, and we haven’t really had any problems in recent years. They’re very gentle and tend to fill you in on what’s going on. If they notice a problem they’ll fix right away, and if they don’t, they’ll ask before proceeding further. Truly some great work by the two of them.

Historically I’ve stayed away from dentist- which in turn has not gone over well with my terrible. Dez and Dr. Bae didn’t come across judgy body language wise or “tough love”. Bed manners were great and provided the game plan in a way I could process well which was motivating. Key is knowing your audience/ they know their audience. 🙂

I love Landmark Dental! I hate getting dental work, but everyone at Landmark is so nice and pleasant that it makes the experience so much better!Dr. Bae and Desiree are excellent. I love Landmark Dental!! I have been coming here for over 15 years because of the quality, product and the diligent dental team. Things to mention-all their products are high quality and lasts. Also, their default filings are composite; this is a big preferable plus!! Lastly, Dr. Bae and Desiree went out of their way to explain things in detail, both have a bedside manner which is kind and calming and I have my full trust with this doctor and office! Landmark Dental Downtown is the best place to get your dental work done! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bay is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any problems that you may have. Dessiree is the assistant and she is great! She did my crown and matched the color to my teeth. She is gentle and makes sure you are comfortable during your visit. My whole family goes here and we couldn’t be any happier!

Last Wednesday, I had to visit Dr. Modi for an excruciating toothache that started overnight. He was able to efficiently diagnose the issue and relieved my pain in a matter of few minutes.Dr. Modi is especially accountable for his answering service as he was able to see me within just a few hours!

My health insurance now has dental. I went to their dentist to get a painful tooth pulled. They charged me for council and signed me up for Care Credit and since I'm on blood thinners they gave me papers to have my doctor sign before they could do an extraction. I left there still in pain. I went to my original dentist at Landmark because the pain was so bad. He deadened the area of the bad tooth to at least help with my pain and their secretary is calling my doctor for an ok to extract the tooth. What a difference in service. I give them an A

Was a smooth process even with the computer system having glitches. The staff explained all choices and allowed questions and concerns. Dr. Bae was very professional and calming. I have a pho is toward dental care. I felt heard. I was calmed by their way of explaining what I need to save my teeth.
